"Gravity" is taken from Odd Beholder's "Lighting" EP - out 2016 via Sinnbus. Odd Beholder’s „Gravity“ is about the symmetry or asymmetry of a relationship, which corresponds with the almost neurotic symmetry you can find in the postmodern architecture in the video. „To defeat gravity we hired a French drone pilot. The whole drone shooting was quite an adventure“, tells the band. The steal constructions messed with the GPS of the drone, the police watched them not to film any residents or drug dealers, since apparently the location is known for a lot of drug dealing.
The video was shot in Paris between buildings looking like an invention of Franz Kafka or Jorge Luis Borges. Some footage was shot in a stalactite cave in the Swiss alps. „We wanted the video to be like a dream – a dream in which you experience different sensations, in which you encounter strangers that talk to you but somehow, you can’t understand what they’re saying, in which the laws of physics seem unstable.“
